Our bodies are full of intelligence and creativity, but we spend too much time in our heads, cut off from our natural impulses and our deepest yearnings. This makes sense because in the corporate world, strategy and logic are valued as THE key to success. But there is a cost, especially for women…
Being disconnected from the inner somatic wisdom of our bodies limits our joy, our feminine presence and our leadership potential.
For me and for so many of my female clients, being cut off from our body has led to being stuck in a state of force, stress and overextension, or the opposite state, numb, frozen and contracted.
Real and lasting change requires more than a mindset shift. We must also include our BODY. We must work somatically with our nervous system, with our posture, our shape, our movement, our voice.
It is your birthright to be comfortable and fully expressed in your own skin.
As part of the program, you will use somatic movement and performing arts-based practices to awaken your natural impulses so that you can express yourself truthfully in the moment. You will learn how to use your breath, voice, posture, movement, and somatic awareness to powerfully increase your presence, visibility, influence and pleasure.
