Why visionary women are letting themselves off the hook … and what to do about it!

The perfect time is a myth, and next year’s obstacles are lining up already. We do not have another decade to waste. As a therapist, coach, creator or purposeful entrepreneur, you have a gift that needs to be shared with the world now.
— Callie B. Elwayns

Visionary women, we need to have a serious talk about waiting for the “right moment”—because trust me, the perfect time doesn’t exist. Life can flip upside down on a dime.

I learned the hard way in 2019 when my beautiful 36-year-old daughter was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Overnight, life became a whirlwind of doctors, double mastectomy, grandkids in the middle of the storm, and a son-in-law right there on the rollercoaster.

Then COVID struck, freezing the world just as my own business was finally picking up steam, and I was blindsided when my dad, Tom, passed away tragically. As if we needed another curveball, COVID brought my husband’s engineering business to a grinding halt, piling more stress onto an already overwhelming load. I even started losing my hair from the stress.

All the evidence screamed: You need to put your big vision on hold and handle ‘real life’.

Here’s the truth: actively stepping into my dream is what kept me going. Holding onto that vision gave me the energy and hope to keep moving forward. Had I listened to the voices telling me to wait until the time is right … I’d likely be standing in a haze of regret today.

By building structure and leaning into my Divine calling, I discovered I could be there for my daughter, grieve my dad, weather a global pandemic and serious financial setback—and still make progress in building the high impact business of my dreams.

Have you been tiptoeing on the edge of “Is now the time?” Let this be your neon-blinking sign from the Universe: YES, IT IS.

If you’ve been on the fence about stepping into my life-changing mentorship and community, now is the moment to act.

I’ve supported countless women to move from “almost ready” to fully launched, stepping into the life and Divine legacy they’ve dreamed about. And I want you to be next.

This truly is the final push, that pivotal 5% that turns momentum into unstoppable success.

Book your focused 30-minute call now, and let’s map out how this mentorship will help you seize this moment and finally cross the finish line.

Let’s do it together—no more stalling, no more waiting for permission. No more letting yourself off the hook. The world needs you. And you deserve to step forward into your greatness.

When in doubt ... smaller and slower!

Discover the key to creating a lasting and impactful body of work with my top tip.

In somatics, pushing too hard or pushing your movements beyond the limit of your body’s comfort is counterproductive. It causes additional strain, contraction, and injury. Instead, we engage the smallest movements with full awareness to open, soften, and strengthen the soma’s pathways.

In this way bit by bit we build a platform of full mobility and freedom on all levels. You cannot engage somatics from green light.

Similarly, most start-ups and new ventures fail in the first one to three years because the founders urge to go fast and push beyond the natural cycle.

The statistic is even higher in the transformational coaching and counselling services milieu. Founders often feel the elation of early success and the inner urge for more and faster. Differentiating too fast, looking at the next version before fully developing a rich, deep foundation, and truth testing as a true Master of their new craft predicts failure.

Driven by excitement and possibility they feel assured they must go into the next step. Most startups in the transformational services field never make it. I know hundreds of these cases and have witnessed thousands of others.

The Bold & Visible Integrated Business Method is predicated on going deep, gaining true mastery, and laying a solid foundation before differentiating to new products, services, and significant scaling. It builds in the somatic pulse that allows you to expand and regulate along with your new venture. It generously curates a new pace, patience, and embodied rhythm. This NEW business model includes YOU. The space to grow safely to take bigger and bigger risks and own your value in your bones.

We approach building our premium-value body of work just like learning the floor work. Notice … is going slowly agitating me? What do I miss when I speed through the movements? What happens when I mentalize my floor work, thinking, "I know this already; let’s move on?”

Building your unique body of work - one that is solid and will grow abundantly for the rest of your life - rests on simple, slow, deliberate movements, repeated and repeated with patience and awareness.

This model helped me build high-value ventures in the conventional world, and it is how I built and am building the Bold & Visible Empire of Love and Impact.

As our brilliant Somatic Educator Ethann Elwayns always says …

“When in doubt, smaller and slower.”

You are not Separate ... a practice in clear-seeing

The transformative power of gratitude and repentance.

You can watch Callie’s video and listen to her ‘clear-seeing practice’ below.

Overview: In order to truly embrace our authentic selves, it is essential to wake up to our core existential fear and sense of separation from the larger universe, God’s love. Our physical body plays a critical role in this process of awakening and reconnecting to that unified field. To better align with our authentic life force, we must let go of past traumas, outdated survival mechanisms, and any feelings of victimhood and instead take responsibility for our own reality.

It is true that we have been shaped by circumstances, experiences, and people that, through help or hurt, have contributed to who we are today. Yet our freedom lies in taking 100% responsibility for our responses to those circumstances and for what is showing up in our lives because of our choices and our primitive yet intelligent survival reflexes. To do this, we must cultivate self-compassion and release internal somatic patterns of shame and self-blame.

The clear-seeing repentance practice is courageous work. It requires us to turn toward ourselves with sincere honesty and identify the places where we may have harmed others (or ourselves), intentionally or unintentionally. In this practice, we admit our wrongs, release all blame, and sincerely repent. As always, we will do this practice from a place of curiosity, wonder, and sovereignty without taking on the old yoke of shame or self-loathing.

To see clearly is:

  1. To honestly review one’s actions, to feel and express contrition for past wrongs, accompanied by a deep commitment to actions that show and prove a change for the better.

  2. To recognize and admit how one’s actions hurt others and/or oneself - even if those actions were unintentional, unconscious, or arose out of pure survival instincts.

  3. Acknowledge, feel, and express sincere remorse about one's actions that caused harm or confusion to oneself or others.

In doing so, we move out of blame and into sovereignty, restoring the equilibrium of our true inner nature. We have a choice. When we admit our wrongs, release all blame, and repent sincerely, the inner emotional toxins begin to empty out of our physical body, and our somatic patterns soften and release.

As we take radical responsibility, we become increasingly free from what has blocked our truest expression. We naturally become more authentic, dissolve our sense of separation, and open to the unified nature of who we really are. Our relationships heal. Our bodies and our hearts heal, and our Divine inner nature, which is ever present, naturally begins to shine forth.

Locked-up and, or erupting emotions are the cause of disease, disconnection, exhaustion, isolation, and chronic invisibility patterns. These emotions arise directly from relationships with others because there are things that we have never fully acknowledged, expressed, or taken responsibility for. They are often at the deep root of our embodied patterns of limitation.

We can use emotions like a compass to help us locate and gain access to what we have not yet acknowledged, felt, or owned.

Callie teaches from the powerful awareness of her near-death experiences.

Dissolving into Love: how My near-death experiences transformed my life & mission in the world.

It’s time!

In this time of change and disruption, I am being called to share my near-death experiences (NDEs) with my community and anyone wanting to listen. These experiences started more than 30 years ago when I began experiencing recurring spontaneous lung collapses over a 12-month, resulting in double lung surgery.

These experiences have profoundly transformed my life and shaped my Divine mission in the world.

Today I support conscious Female Entrepreneurs, Leaders, Healers, Coaches, Consultants, and Therapists to unleash their original voice, embody their divine story and step up to the IMPACT they were born to have in the world.

For years I held my near-death experiences close. They were deeply sacred and direct experiences with the ineffable Divine force of love and creation itself. I was not ready to share outside of my very close circle.

Today I openly share these experiences and the lessons they gifted my life to the public. I have also begun incorporating them more directly into my body of work, The Somatic Transformational Story Method®. You will see more of this kind of content from me in the future.

I invite you to:

  • Watch the video below, where I share my NDE with a class of my students in June 2023. Be sure to like and subscribe to my YouTube channel 🙏

  • Read the Five BIG lessons my NDE taught me below the video in this blog.

May you be blessed. Love 🧡 Callie

Five BIG lessons

Near-Death Experiences and Spiritual Transformation

My near-death experiences acted as profound catalysts for my spiritual awakening. During these moments, I encountered an ultimate, ineffable loving force, a process I can only describe as "dissolving into love." This wasn't an end but rather a beautiful beginning that shattered my conventional understanding of existence. I discovered a higher realm where love and divinity are the only reality, transcending the traditional barriers of individual identity and melding the self with the divine. These profound realizations shifted my life's trajectory, reshaping my values, goals, and the very essence of my existence.

The Profound Role of the Physical Body

I learned to see my body not merely as a vessel for my conscious mind but as a conduit for divine essence. I've come to understand that every cell within me is imbued with this divine essence, positioning the body as an embodied microcosm of the divine macrocosm. This perspective revolutionized my relationship with my body, inviting me to honour and cherish it not just as a biological entity but as a sacred vessel of divine love. I've developed a profound respect for physical health and well-being, recognizing them as integral to my spiritual wellness.

The Concept of Somatic and Divine Safety

Amid the chaotic and unpredictable nature of my life, I often struggled to find a deeply rooted sense of safety. However, during my spiritual journey, I discovered a profound sense of safety in the divine realm. This sense of ultimate safety was in stark contrast to the feelings of stress and danger I had experienced in the physical world. I realized this sense of ultimate safety and love is always accessible to me, reshaping my approach toward life.

Addressing Past Traumas

My life has been punctuated by personal traumas that manifested in physical symptoms like lung collapses. I've learned that addressing and integrating these traumas are crucial to realizing my authentic self and living freely. Recognizing the physical manifestations of my trauma and their impact on my health and well-being, I've dedicated myself to healing, both physically and spiritually.

Your Original Nature and Divine Mission

My journey has been about more than survival—it's been about self-empowerment and living authentically. Through my experiences, I've come to understand that everyone has the potential to experience this divine connection and can use it as a source of empowerment and self-realization. Today, I'm not just surviving but living my life fully, comfortable in my own skin and powerfully connected to the divine essence within me.
