Bridgitte Branagan
Crabcakes & Lavender
Bridgitte is a transformational, IFS-informed, and somatic coach with 25 years as a therapist. She helps experienced women break free from old patterns, release stress and fear, and realign with their values. She empowers clients to free up energy for their next phase of life—cultivating calm, resilience, and joy. A grandmother who loves to travel, connect with nature, and capture life through photography, Bridgitte brings warmth, wisdom, and lived experience to her coaching, inspiring women to step boldly into authentic and fulfilling lives.
Charmaine Carnes
The Author
Charmaine Carnes is a passionate advocate for change. She has worked with California and Federal Legislators in multiple arenas to bring justice to victims of violence. She is a recipient of the Humanitarian Award from Global Sports Development. She has been a global ambassador for the sport of gymnastics. She worked with many organizations such as U.S. Center for Safe Sport, and Thriving not Surviving.
She has won the citizen of the year award from Jackson County, for her work on the board of the Childhood Development Coalition for the State of Oregon. Speaking out publicly as a survivor, she speaks nationally in support of athletes rights. She is a proud mother of two, Aidan and Kris.
Cheryl McCartney

Cheryl inspires creative people through a reflective, forward-looking hero’s journey—where even a coffee cup can become the Holy Grail. Shaped by mystical yoga trainings in Peru, somatic awareness, holistic healing, and the wisdom of paradox, she embraces the truth that it’s possible to be not okay and okay at once. Her creative eye for beauty and wonder has guided her from community leadership to leading cultural institutions in Edmonton. After a life-altering cancer diagnosis ended her career, Cheryl continues to embody grace, optimism, and transformation—inviting others on a truth-telling journey to co-create the world as our shared canvas.

Joanne Neweduk is here to change the story of midlife. She sees this season as a powerful threshold, an invitation to reclaim vitality, confidence, and joy. As the visionary behind Fabulous at 50 and FabulousHealth, she creates spaces where women release exhaustion, ease the chaos of menopause, and rediscover the spark within. Her work blends science with soul, guiding women into greater connection, community, and holistic well-being. When she is not leading circles, coaching, or speaking, Joanne is kayaking on mountain lakes, walking in the forest with her husband and their dog, or laughing with loved ones, fully living the fabulousness she champions.

Karen is a tri-lingual first generation American, born and raised in New York’s Hudson River Valley to an ethnically diverse family.
She worked for several global companies for 30+ years, mostly in Information Technology. Being a highly skilled troubleshooter and communicator has made her a valuably regarded asset for any organization she has been a part of.
A natural performer from an early age, Karen has been classically trained in piano, dance, and voice. Today you can find her in various film, television, and stage projects. Her combined love of the arts and contributing to people by reflecting humanity back to itself is what gives her purpose and fulfilment.

Kay brings creativity, imagination, and a deep commitment to helping organizations and people thrive. A visionary leader with decades of experience in government, nonprofits, and the private sector, she transforms ideas into sustainable programs that shape the future of public-sector HR. Known for her skill in change management, workforce planning, and leadership development, Kay blends strategy with people-centered leadership, believing that when individuals are supported and valued, organizations flourish. Beyond HR, she is an artist and musician who sees creativity as a catalyst for connection, innovation, and growth. Kay leads with authenticity, vision, and a profound dedication to possibility.

Lois Lenarduzzi is a free-spirited, don't tie-me-down, creative self-expressionist. She has recently published a memoir, EAT YOUR CRUSTS, and also adds painting, dancing, and singing to her list of healthy addictions.
Lois continues to find new and exciting ways to truly know and show herself, which can be terrifying, but also liberating in these trying times of change.
She doesn't shy away from sharing the ups and downs of life, and her honesty is what makes her relatable and inspiring.
Mary Beth Wright

Mary Beth is a clinical social worker with a deep passion for helping individuals heal from the lasting impact of trauma. With a holistic orientation that honors the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, she creates a compassionate space for transformation and growth.
Blending traditional therapeutic methods with integrative practices such as Reiki and mindfulness, Mary Beth supports clients in reconnecting with their inner strength, restoring balance, and reclaiming joy. Her approach is gentle yet grounded—rooted in evidence-based care, guided by intuition, and lit with the power of hope.

Lynda Nickelson is a Certified Professional Coach who has been walking alongside others on their journeys of growth and transformation since 2014. Her passion for helping people see possibility began during her years as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she witnessed the power of encouragement and opportunity in young lives. That experience sparked her lifelong commitment to helping others discover their strengths and create new paths forward. Alongside coaching, Lynda has built a successful career in real estate, serving as both a top-producing Realtor and trusted mentor. Her mission is to inspire people to embrace change, trust themselves, and courageously step into the next chapter of their story.

A seasoned global strategy and brand executive, she is now channeling her professional expertise and love of building from the ground up into founding Hello Peace®, a social company dedicated to changing how we view and treat one another through the power of connection with strangers. Her travels to India, Iceland, and Canada this year deepened her belief that we share far more in common than we realize. As she steps on and off the Monologues stage, Lori is preparing to launch Hello Peace® worldwide, raising capital and building awareness among Gen Z and their circles of influence.

Pina is a licensed mental health therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through transformative psychotherapy. She specializes in couples work—both virtually and in person—offering therapeutic intensives and workshops that create deep, lasting change. With advanced training in experiential modalities and Internal Family Systems (IFS), Pina takes a holistic, integrative approach that honors each partner’s individuality while fostering shared growth—what she calls “finding the Me within the We.” Drawing on her experience across cultures, she helps couples navigate complexities with skill and care, while also nurturing community through connection, laughter, and meaningful conversation around the table.

Rosana is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Addictions Professional, and a Trainer Educator and Practitioner of Sociometry, Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy. She has been practicing as an experiential therapeutic clinician for over 27 years, providing healing guidance to diverse populations of individuals and groups of all ages, in a myriad of settings, including both live and virtual platforms. Rosana’s expertise in her field has given her the opportunity to serve globally throughout the USA, Europe and currently Japan. The focus of her service is to empower others to live into the truth of who they are, and to explore ways to experience life with greater joy, spontaneity, creativity, ease and love.

Stanislava Trotsiuk is an entrepreneur and educator with over a decade of experience as the founder of an online language school in Ukraine. For 10 years she has successfully led and grown her school, even through the challenges of war, supporting hundreds of students in achieving their goals.
After emigrating to Canada, Stanislava deepened her path of personal growth by completing her yoga teacher certification. Today she brings together her entrepreneurial leadership and her training in yoga and somatic practices to guide women through transitions, helping them release stress, reconnect with their bodies, and move forward with confidence.

Tonya Wards is a community builder extraordinaire. With a long history in the non-profit and event planning worlds, she knows the value and power of community. In a world where it is very easy to be isolated, she is creating spaces where women are connecting, finding their passions and making changes. Having a sister with disabilities has made her a life-long believer of inclusivity, and she is opening doors and making space for women of every shape, flavor and volume.
Trish Mendez

Trisha is an accidental entrepreneur. When she went to school to become a therapist, her intention was always to work for someone else. During her career, she came to realize that the red tape was bullshit, and she was done working for other people.
Fourteen years ago, she opened her own private practice, and when the demand for more therapists arose, Trisha answered the call. She not only hired new staff but also offered each of them the opportunity to learn how to be a private practice sole proprietor and launch into their own practice.
