Liz is the Executive Director of Redefin'd, a recovery community that brings love and connection to young people overcoming emotional trauma. She left Calgary's Oil and Gas Sector in 2016, to breathe life into a bold idea that meaningful work, connection and healing could transform the future for many of Calgary's vulnerable young adults. She is passionate about changing the world, which has taken her on a journey to heal herself.
