On International Women’s Day, 2022, five women came together from across the globe to launch part 1 of a conversation series for feminine leaders.
our purpose
… is to share perspectives on what is opening up as the old structures are falling away and the world faces uncertainty and upheaval.
We will explore the opportunities for a new form of integral feminine leadership that is taking shape as a complimentary and integrated system of power to address our most urgent needs in these times.
Our exploration acknowledges the trauma, contraction and isolation historically experienced by feminine identities in a masculine dominant world that values competition, strategy and logic as the highest priority.
At the same time, we seek to transcend the shared patterns and limiting narratives of collective victimization and blame arising from our wider social context so that we can grow, understand, heal and transform together.
We can choose a NEW story that transcends our individual and collective histories. A story that releases old traumas and frees us from embodied patterns of blame, shame, lack and invisibility that hold us back from all we can be.
Together, we are reclaiming our own narrative and pioneering a new way forward. It is the way to a better world with more personal agency and self responsibility while also including more compassion, connection and inclusion.
